What is your process for designing a website?
We start with a discovery/strategy call to understand your business, audience, and goals. Then, we create a sitemap to plan out user navigation followed by designing high-fidelity mockups of what the site will look like for your approval. Once finalized, we then develop a fast and SEO-friendly site on Wix or WordPress. After thorough testing, we launch and provide ongoing support to keep everything running seamlessly.
Do you offer revisions during the design process?
Yes, revisions are part of the process. For websites, we refine layouts, content, and functionality based on your feedback. For design work, we tweak colors, fonts, layouts, and wording until everything feels just right to you. It’s all about making sure the final result matches your vision.
What if I don’t know exactly what I want in my design?
Not sure what you want? That’s all good, we are used to that. For websites we will come up with a concept based off your industry and the informatation you have given us while keeping aligned with your brand identity. For graphic design projects, we explore styles, layouts, and branding elements that fit your business. You’ll get to review concepts, give feedback, and we’ll refine until it’s just right.
How long does it take to complete a website project?
Typically, website projects take around 4 weeks to complete. However, this timeline can vary depending on how quickly we receive the necessary information from you. We like to underpromise and overdeliver, so we focus on quality while making sure we stay on track and keep you updated throughout the process. This timeline also depends on complexity of the site.
Do you offer revisions during the design process?
If you're not happy with the initial design concepts, don’t worry - we'll make adjustments. For websites, we’ll revisit the Figma mockups and tweak the layout as well as the look and feel until you are happy. For graphic design projects the same applies, we’ll refine the concepts based on your feedback and make sure it aligns with your brand vision. Your satisfaction is key, and we’ll work with you to get it done right.
What file formats do you provide for final design deliverables?
For any design work that we do, be it presentations, company profiles, reports etc, we always deliver the final files in a small compressed PDF, along with a print ready version if you ever design to send it to print. When it comes to logos and branding we deliver the files in all necessary formats you will need.
